Victoria Wanjeri Ogolla is an Environmental Chemist and Research Scientist at the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute (KMFRI) in Mombasa. Her research combines advanced analytical chemistry with marine environmental science to investigate contaminants, radionuclides, and ecological processes in estuarine and coastal ecosystems.

She holds a Master of Technology in Applied Chemistry from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Chemistry from the Technical University of Mombasa, in addition to Higher Diploma and Diploma qualifications in Analytical Chemistry.

Her work has contributed significantly to understanding heavy metals, radionuclides, persistent organic pollutants, and marine ecotoxicology in Kenyan estuaries, supporting evidence-based management and conservation of coastal ecosystems.
