Dr. Odoli holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Iceland. He is a Principal Research Scientist and Station Manager at KMFRI Baringo Station with over 17 years of research experience in food safety, quality management of fish handling and processing, seafood processing, and post-harvest technologies.
