
CHRP Paul Waluba is a highly motivated Human Resource Practitioner, Trainer, Transformative Leader, Performance Management Expert and Management Development Coach with over than 19 years of hands-on experience in HR and general Administration matters. He is currently serving as Assistant Director, Human Resource Management and Administration, Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute, KMFRI.
He previously served as Director, and Head of Human Resource Management and Development, County Government of Lamu for 2019 - 2024, Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, Prisons Department as SHRMO, HRMO, ASHRMO, for 14 years, 2005 - 2018.
Served as adjunct Lecturer, Moi University, 2013 - 2018, Cooperative University of Kenya, 2015 - 2018 and currently a Faculty Member of the CHRM College, Kenya since 2013.
He has a genuine passion for people; he is inclined towards building and managing teams, finding, acquiring and nurturing talents, strengthening relationships and tackling challenging, people related issues in the workplace; always appreciating every person's capabilities and endowments.
